QUIET SPACE YOGA
Yoga to nurture and nourish body and mind.
I started practising yoga in 2004 in preparation for the birth of my first child. I enjoyed it and found it so beneficial that I trained and qualified as a Baby Yoga and Massage instructor shortly afterwards. Over the following 13 years I continued to practise yoga and teach yoga to mums and babies, toddlers and children.
In 2015 I had the opportunity to train with the Independent Yoga Network and become a yoga instructor. I am now able to teach yoga to everyone from the tiniest babies to people in their later years of life.
Yoga is one of the places where I find my quiet space; where I can focus on my body and my mind. Yoga helps me to balance the busy-ness of my life with moments of stillness, awareness and calm.
The yoga I teach is soft not sweaty. It is not competitive, instead it is focused on our own bodies; listening to what our bodies tell us is comfortable, beneficial and positive. My yoga encourages our bodies to move without stress or strain whilst allowing our minds the space to feel calm and refreshed.
I believe that yoga is for everyone regardless of age, gender, size or ability.
Please bring a mat and a blanket. There are some spare mats to borrow but contact me in advance to reserve one.
QUIET SPACE YOGA CLASSES
Classes are slowly returning to 'normal' with an online option for those who are not ready to return to live sessions or who prefer to practice at home. Please bring all your own equipment to class and book online. And please stay at home if you feel unwell!

SLOW FLOW YOGA
Suitable for those who are able to move up and down from the floor with ease.
7pm - 8pm Tuesdays in Bradfield St George Village Hall

Friday mornings throughout August, join us for wonderful yoga in Bradfield Woods 11.15am - 12.15pm. After each session, tea and coffee is available - please bring your own mug.

GENTLE MORNING YOGA
Suitable for all but particularly those who prefer a more gentle practice and those with more limited mobility. Movement, postures and breathing from the mat, using chairs and sometimes the wall too!
