Service Description

Restorative Yoga offers the opportunity to rest tired bodies and minds; to recharge batteries and clear busy minds. The session lasts 90 minutes with a short warm up practice followed by a series of held postures, fully supported by blocks, bolsters, cushions and blankets. There are even eye pillows! For those who wish to, there is also the chance for a gentle shoulder and neck massage too! Please wear warm clothing in the winter months and sometimes the summer months too!
