Wake up - but not too early! - stretch out and strengthen body and mind! Join us on Tuesday mornings for a great start to your day! This class is a combination of traditional yoga postures, movement and breath work. Leave feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead! Tuesdays Shimpling Village Hall 9.30am - 10.30am PAY AS YOU GO FEE £10 per class OR you can block book at the discounted rate.
