Service Description

Based on the principles of yoga, this class combines movement, yoga, massage for little ones with gentle yoga and movement for grown ups! Come ready to crawl around the floor, roll, jump and run! Classes can be booked in a block or one to one. Suitable for babies from around 12 months old up to 3 years We do tend to find that, at this age, older babies and toddlers respond better to the sessions when they attend regularly!
