Slow Flow into Restorative 27th January

Service Description
A blended class starting seated with Slow Flow stretches and movements on the mat moving into held restorative postures for recharging and re-energising. Nourishing and nurturing as we head towards Christmas... Please note this session replaces the usual Slow Flow session this week.
